Your website, your phone, your Google presence and your ads, all working for you.
Website care for an Axori-hosted site: $25/month off (Standard $50, Plus $100). Advanced sites are quoted. What is website care?
Billed monthly. No long-term contract: cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
3 a week, each with 2 to 3 images.
Each article is written for your business and for one search your customers make, then published on your own website.
Why it matters: Google says its ranking systems are designed to prioritize helpful, reliable information that is created to benefit people. Google also says the best practices for SEO remain relevant for its AI features, such as AI Overviews.Source: Google Search Central, "Creating helpful, reliable, people-first content"; Google Search Central, "AI features and your website" (read 2026-10-01)
3 a week, each with an image.
Short updates published on your Google Business Profile, the listing people see on Google Search and Maps.
Why it matters: Google says that when customers find your latest updates on your Business Profile, it helps them decide to visit your business.Source: Google Business Profile Help, "Create & manage posts on your Business Profile" (read 2026-10-01)
Your choice of Google (Google Search ads) or Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads). We build and manage the campaigns every week. Google Search ads are text ads and need no images. Meta ads run on the photos and videos you send us or have already posted; the images we make for your Google posts and articles are not used for ads on this plan, and ad creative made by Axori starts with the Social plans.
Your ad budget is paid by you, straight to each platform, on your own ad account and your own card. Any budget, with no cap. No percentage of spend, no minimum spend, no contract, and no ads setup fee.
7 a week.
Ready-to-post captions for Instagram and Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, emailed to you every week. You post them; we do not post on these plans.
1,200 agent messages a month (texts and emails).
Agents that answer your leads by text and email, set up with you.
75 voice minutes a month, then 50¢ a minute.
A human-like voice in the voice you choose. It thinks, knows your business, holds a real conversation, and answers every call, so you never miss a lead.
We scan every page of your site and tell you what to change. It is a review: making the changes is yours, or the Website Optimization add-on.
Free on every plan: bookkeeping with a live profit and loss view, receipts, mileage and invoicing; tax estimates with a Schedule C export; a coach that knows your numbers; calendar sync; and free seats for your team and your accountant. Your bank connects automatically on plans from $450 a month; on Spark Lite and Spark you enter transactions yourself.
Caption counts are weekly totals, split across the social platforms you actually use, never multiplied per network. Instagram and Facebook count as one placement (your caption cross-posts to both). No account on a platform, nothing wasted there, your full count goes where you actually post.
If they ask, it tells them. Most callers just notice they got a fast, helpful answer.
On every Get Found on Google & AI Search plan and every Everything, Handled plan (Spark Lite, Spark, Pulse, Core, Signature, Autopilot, Authority and Dominance). Built to move you up.
A card in your dashboard shows how often your business appeared on Google, the visits Google sent you, where you stand on your key searches, and how many of your published pages Google has indexed, each compared with the month before. It reports what Google already did and never promises a ranking. It is on from the start, with nothing to switch on. For a website we do not host, you give us read-only access to its Google Search Console once; until the first numbers arrive, the card says it is getting set up.
After every completed job, each customer gets the same honest request for a review on Google, with a link to your review page: no incentives, never only the happy customers, one reminder and then nothing more. Requests go by email on your behalf, or by text only from your own registered number to customers who agreed to texts. You approve the wording and turn requests on yourself in your dashboard; nothing is sent until you do, and only jobs finished after that are asked.
Why it matters: Google says reviews can help your business stand out and give potential customers helpful info. Google also says offering incentives in exchange for reviews is strictly prohibited.Source: Google Business Profile Help, "Tips to get more reviews" (read 2026-10-06)
A card in your dashboard tracks where your business should be listed (Google, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, BBB, Nextdoor and the directories of your industry), whether each listing is correct, wrong or missing, and the plain-words fix for each one. Having us make the fixes for you is the Citation & NAP Cleanup add-on ($100 per month on a 12-month term, or $400 once).
Every article we publish links to the pages of your website it relates to, such as the page for the service it is about.
Why it matters: Google says it uses links as a signal when determining the relevancy of pages and to find new pages to crawl, and that every page you care about should have a link from at least one other page on your site. Google also says that if a site's pages are properly linked, Google can usually discover most of the site.Source: Google Search Central, "Link best practices for Google"; Google Search Central, "Learn about sitemaps" (read 2026-10-06)
Every article we publish carries its author and the date it was published, where readers can see them.
Why it matters: Google says it strongly encourages adding accurate authorship information, such as bylines, where readers might expect it. Google also says to add a user-visible date to the page and feature it prominently.Source: Google Search Central, "Creating helpful, reliable, people-first content"; Google Search Central, "Add a byline date to Google Search results" (read 2026-10-06)
Every article we publish is announced to Bing through IndexNow as soon as it goes live. On a website Axori hosts, this is automatic. On a website hosted elsewhere, it works when the site can serve a small key file at its own address: on WordPress through the Axori plugin, and on other sites after one short step. It is not possible on closed website platforms such as Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and GoDaddy, because they cannot serve that file at the site's own address.
Why it matters: Bing says IndexNow notifies multiple search engines of your content changes as soon as they happen. IndexNow.org says that to submit pages, a site must prove it owns its host by hosting at least one text file within that host.Source: Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools, "Why IndexNow"; IndexNow.org, "What is IndexNow?"; IndexNow.org, "IndexNow documentation" (read 2026-10-06)
Changes to your website itself, beyond the articles we publish, are included when Axori hosts your site or you add Website Optimization.
Want us to post on social media too? Switch to Social Media, or get both in Everything, Handled.
Each one is separate from your plan. Prices and checkout are on each add-on's own page.
Your Google listing corrected and filled in: name, description, categories, links, services.

See full detailsEvery new 4 or 5 star Google review gets a reply written to it within one business day; a review under 4 stars is never answered for you: it is flagged to you with a suggested reply.
See full detailsAds on one more platform, managed with the ones your plan includes: for example Google Search on Axori Social, TikTok on Core, or YouTube video ads on any plan.
See full detailsFilmed at your business and posted for you: 4, 8 or 12 videos a month.
See full detailsYour plan works on what happens next. Some things need fixing first, a Google listing that was never properly set up, directories that disagree about your address, measurement that was never installed. Those are scoped jobs with a defined deliverable and an end state, not capacity held open month after month, so they sit outside the plans. Any plan can add one, including the highest: even a large business can carry a decade of bad listings.
An add-on is scoped work with a defined deliverable and an end state. A tier is capacity held open continuously. Paid once, an add-on carries no commitment and may be purchased again. Paid monthly, it is a 12-month term at the lower rate, and that commitment exists only because you chose it.
