Axori OS is the platform built by Axori LLC, a Las Vegas SEO and AI marketing company. It replaces the receptionist, bookkeeper, marketing assistant, and financial analyst you would otherwise hire, with AI agents and a full dashboard, all in one subscription.

No. If you can use email or a smartphone, you can use Axori OS. Setup is guided step-by-step. Your dashboard is ready in seconds after signup, the AI agents take a bit longer to train on your business, and we handle that for you.

Your data is yours. Always. We never sell it, share it, or use it to train AI models. While you are a member, we store your receipts, financials, and business data securely. If you ever cancel, you get 30 days to download everything as a ZIP file. After that, we permanently delete it from our servers. You take it all with you.

Yes. SPARK LITE ($99/month) includes a 15-day free trial, a card is required at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. Every other plan starts right away, your card is billed at signup, with no trial. If you have a Charter Member code from Maxx, follow the instructions in your invitation, those codes unlock extended free access.

Plans start at $99/month for SPARK LITE. The standard ladder runs to $900/month for CORE, and three premium tiers sit above it: AUTOPILOT at $5,000/month, no setup fee, adds ads managed on Google, Meta and TikTok, 8 filmed videos a month and full Google Business Profile management; AUTHORITY at $9,000/month adds digital PR, real editorial placements you approve before they go live; DOMINANCE at $15,000/month adds absolute market exclusivity, one firm per market, per practice area, and while a client is on Dominance we won't take a competing firm in their market at any tier. The Coach is included on all Google plans, with a daily limit of 15 messages on Spark Lite, 25 on Spark, 40 on Pulse, and 60 on Core. It resets every day, and reaching it never affects your marketing, your agents, or your books.

Axori includes 75 voice minutes per month on Pulse ($450/mo), 150 on Core ($900/mo), 400 on Autopilot, 600 on Authority, and 1,200 on Dominance, plus 250 per additional Dominance location. Additional voice minutes are 50¢ each. Agent texts and emails have their own separate allowance, 300 messages a month on Spark, 1,200 on Pulse, 2,500 on Core, 5,000 on Autopilot, 8,000 on Authority, and 15,000 on Dominance, plus 3,000 per additional Dominance location, and voice minutes never count against it. Spark Lite and Spark do not include a voice agent; Custom / Enterprise allowances are sized in the quote.

Yes. No long-term contracts, ever. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing maxx@axori.ai. Your service continues through the end of your current paid billing cycle, and your cancellation takes effect at cycle end. No refunds, ever, no partial-month or prorated refunds. Simple, no games.

English and Spanish at launch. You choose your preferred language during signup. You can switch languages any time from the dashboard using the globe icon in the top bar. Your AI text and email agents respond to your customers in the language you set.

For most small businesses, yes. Axori OS includes a full financial dashboard, receipt OCR, mileage tracking, tax estimates, and 1099-NEC handling, everything a small business needs for financial tracking, plus AI agents that traditional accounting platforms do not offer. One important thing to know: your data belongs to you. While you are active on Axori, we store your receipts, transactions, and business data securely, only while your subscription is active. If you ever cancel, you get 30 days to export everything as a ZIP file, and then we permanently delete it from our servers. No hostage-taking, no long-term archives, no fine print.

No. Your AI text and email agents are trained on your business, your voice, your services. They sound like a knowledgeable member of your team, professional, warm, and on-brand. You can review every response before it goes out during training, and once you approve the tone, the AI operates 24/7 on autopilot. The email agent works inside your own Google mailbox (Gmail or Google Workspace); the Axori dashboard brings your calls, texts and voicemail together, and email stays in your mailbox.
