No. If you can use email or a smartphone, you can use Axori OS. Setup is guided step-by-step. Your dashboard is ready in seconds after signup — the AI agents take a bit longer to train on your business, and we handle that for you.
Your data is yours. Always. We never sell it, share it, or use it to train AI models. While you are a member, we store your receipts, financials, and business data securely. If you ever cancel, you get 30 days to download everything as a ZIP file. After that, we permanently delete it from our servers. You take it all with you.
Yes. SPARK LITE ($99/month) and SPARK ($200/month) include a 14-day free trial — a card is required at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. PULSE and CORE start right away with no trial. If you have a Charter Member code from Maxx, follow the instructions in your invitation — those codes unlock extended free access.
Plans start at $99/month for SPARK LITE and go up to $900/month for CORE, with custom Enterprise builds from around $2,000/month. Yes. No long-term contracts, ever. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing maxx@axori.ai. Your service continues through the end of your current paid billing cycle, and your cancellation takes effect at cycle end. No refunds, ever — no partial-month or prorated refunds. Simple, no games.
English and Spanish at launch. You choose your preferred language during signup. You can switch languages any time from the dashboard using the globe icon in the top bar. Your AI text and email agents respond to your customers in the language you set.

Axori OS includes a full financial dashboard, receipt OCR, mileage tracking, tax estimates, and 1099-NEC handling — everything a small business needs for financial tracking, plus AI agents that traditional accounting platforms do not offer.
